A glimpse of the house: the dining room, the bar, the kitchen and the bistro atmosphere of Bistrot Delorme.
The dining room and the bar
Time-worn banquettes, a pewter bar and soft lighting in the evening: Bistrot Delorme has kept the Art Deco charm of an old-fashioned French bistro. Patrice Ripoche and Yamina Alliot took over the place in 2021 and fully redecorated it, turning it into a warm, lively spot in the heart of Nantes, on place Delorme.
The chef’s cooking
In the kitchen, chef Rémi Delaitre works with fresh, seasonal produce chosen every morning. Every dish is homemade, in the spirit of generous, unfussy bistronomy: rabbit terrine, tartare, market fish with beurre blanc, eggs en meurette… The photos show a few of them; the full menu is waiting for you.
From breakfast to dinner
The day starts at 7.30am on weekdays with coffee and a pastry at the bar, carries on at lunchtime with the dish of the day, Monday to Friday, and continues into dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, until 10pm. On sunny days, the terrace is open too.
