• Contact form: name, email address, telephone number and message.
• Bookings: bookings are managed through the Zenchef service, which collects the information required (name, contact details, number of guests, date).
• Browsing: technical and audience measurement data, where applicable.

Purposes

Your data is used to answer your requests, manage bookings and improve the website. It is never sold to third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (form, cookies) and on the restaurant’s legitimate interest in managing its customer relationships.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted or archived in line with legal retention periods.

Cookies and audience measurement

On your first visit, a window lets you accept or reject audience measurement cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and your choice has no effect on your access to the website.

• Consent cookie (dl_consent): remembers your choice for 6 months. As it is strictly necessary, it does not require your consent.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): only if you accept, the _ga and _ga_* cookies are used to measure website traffic statistically (pages viewed, visit duration, device type, where visitors come from). These cookies last no longer than 13 months and the data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Some data may be transferred to the United States; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Third-party services
