It all begins in the morning, around the bar. The neighbourhood is waking up, and Isaure is already there with a smile: a strong espresso, a pastry, a friendly word for everyone. There is always a seat for a regular, a neighbour or a visitor in a hurry. Here, from the very first hour, we take our time — even when there is little of it.
